The year 2023 was an eventful one for us.
It started when we learned that Sjóvá had the highest customer satisfaction rating among insurance companies in the Icelandic Customer Satisfaction Index for the sixth year in a row. We are happy to be able to provide our customers with the best service in Iceland.
Two new rescue ships arrived in Iceland and were delivered to SARS (Slysavarnafélagið Landsbjörg - Search and Rescue Service). They will have home ports in Siglufjörður and Reykjavik.
Sjóvá assisted with purchasing the ships by giving SARS a gift of 145 million ISK. We are happy to be able to take part in making Iceland safer.
