We know this is a difficult time for the people of Grindavík. Due to the recent and ongoing natural disasters in Grindavík, our customers are experiencing a great deal of uncertainty and hardship.
As our way to assist you in these difficult times, our customers in Grindavík will be reimbursed for their insurance in December. The insurance itself will still continue to be fully valid.
There is nothing you need to do - we will simply repay you for the coming month. If you have already paid your insurance in full we will repay you for the month of December.
The repayment will be made on December 8th.
This is our way assist our customers during these strange times, and will hopefully bring you a little optimism for the approaching holidays.
